Please note that class sizes are limited to 10 Dog-Handler teams! The first 10 respondents to return the appropriate documents, with payment, will be accepted.
Your spot is reserved ONLY after we have received the following:
1) Your FULL payment
2) A signed Class Sign-Up Form and Waiver
3) A copy of your dog’s CURRENT Rabies and DHP-PV or Titers record from your veterinarian.
If you are not within the first 10 respondents, your payment will be returned and you will be contacted for the next class sign-up.
